LSE (main market): a minimum market capitalization of £700,000, three years of audited financial statements, minimum public float of 25 % and sufficient working capital for at least 12 months from the date of listing
TSE: a minimum market capitalization of JPY2,000M, two years of audited financial statements, minimum public float of 30% (at least 4,000 lots worth at least JPY1,000M), a mininum net asset of JPY1,000M, and either of: (1) earned more than JPY100M & JPY400M in the last two years; (2) earned more than JPY100M, ?, JPY400M in last three years, and more than JPY600M in total; (3) market capitalization of more than JPY100,000M, and sales of more than JPY10,000M.
